Following some excellent work with the local group West Wolds Slow the Flow in the spring term of 2022, we were delighted to be asked to host a weather station on our school site. This was installed in November 2022 and is providing some important data about the current weather conditions in North Cave. This information is published online and a summary of the current weather conditions can be found below and on our home page.
We are grateful to the University of Hull for providing this and installing it for us. We are also grateful to West Wolds Slow the Flow for their work with Class 3 and Class 4 and for arranging this for us.
The children are continuing to monitor the data as part of their ongoing fieldwork in geography.
